About #Team_LEE!

โ€‹We are a multidisciplinary research group driven by a simple question: How can we use electricity and abundant materials to enable cleaner, more sustainable chemical transformations?

 

Our research combines electrochemistry, catalysis, materials chemistry, and energy science to understand and engineer electrochemical interfaces for the conversion and storage of energy.

 

We develop advanced electrocatalysts and functional materials for sustainable fuel production, energy conversion, chemical synthesis, and electrochemical storage.

 

At LEE, we believe that meaningful advances emerge when fundamental understanding is closely connected to real-world relevance. We therefore investigate not only how efficiently an electrocatalyst performs, but also why it performs, how it evolves during operation, and whether it can remain active under practically relevant conditions.
